We ship via FedEx daily all orders that are processed by 3:00pm Eastern time Monday through Friday.

When you receive your package it is important that you inspect it immediately .
Do not accept a package that looks tampered with, wet, damaged or retaped.
Let the shipping company return it to us.

When you open your package it is important that you keep the original product packaging intact.  If for any reason you have to return your product, it must be returned in its original factory packaging and resalable condition, or your package will be refused. 

Shipping charges to and from are not refundable.

It is necessary to call us and get an RMA number before returning your item. Items returned without an RMA# will incur a 25% restocking fee.

If you need to return your item and you are within the 30 days, please call us toll free at 1-800-571-9860 for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number prior to shipping your product back.

Ship your item back to us together with a copy of the original invoice and a brief note on what you want done. (exp.refund, exchange, etc.)
As soon as we receive your package we will inspect it and act per your instructions. All products must be returned in its original factory packaging and in new and resalable condition. All accessories must be included and in new condition to be eligible for return. Do not write on product boxes or apply tape, only the outside shipping boxes should be labeled.

Freight To and From will not be refunded.
