Ordinary color cameras feature a fixed IR cut filter for clear color images in daylight conditions however, this ptz is equipped with a removable IR cut filter.
Under very low light conditions, the IR cut filter is automatically turned off to deliver brighter images than other color video cameras do.
Infrared illuminators can also be used for zero lux applications as the Hitachi module is IR sensitive.
The camera also features programmable white balance, backlight compensation, auto- home feature, auto-flip, 4 alarm inputs, multi-protocol support and much more.
Sony’s EIS (Electronic Image Stabilizer) function automatically eliminates blurry, jumpy images providing very crisp, easy-to-view images.
